But appreciated :)
All you have to do is email the following:

#1. Site title
#2. Site URL
#3. Category
#4. Description/Comments

Overall requirements: (just like greenguy and the rest)

Minimum of 20 pics
No more than 3 banners/ads to sponsors on each page
Warning page with clear "Enter" link

The rest of the rules:

	1.		A linkback isn't required, but you will get all kinds of cool shit if you do. Click here for list of linkback codes and rewards
	2.		No popups or consoles.
	3.		Pay & AVS sites are acceptable with the following requirements: Linkback on the outside of the protected area Temporary login/password for inside protected area or backdoor information
	4.		No blind or misleading links
	5.		The name of the site must be the same as the submitted site name
	6.		If your site has clickable thumbs, the thumbnail images have to actually be thumbnails.
	7.		The content must be on the same domain as the site.
	8.		No Full Page Ads (FPA) before content
	9.		Pics that open on html pages are allowed, but you are not allowed to have more then 1 banner/text link on the html page.
	10.		No Free Hosted sites
	11.		No free email address
	12.		No autosubmitters
	13.		Up to 5 link requests per webmaster per day! ~Bring it ON!~
