On the site you are submitting make a page called links.php which is hyperlinked off of your main page (click here for a chart).  This page can be done however you want it to be from SE optimization to color scheme to font size and type.  You can even add your own banner ads or other links on the page as well.  Just make sure to leave space where the links will go.  The list that will on your page will be limited to a maximum of 100 links on a random hourly basis.  The php include can be put into a table or just on the page without any formatting at all - its up to you and how you want the list to look.

All of these are php calls instead of java script because se spiders cannot follow javascript.  By calling them with php all of the links are able to be followed by the bots so your sites will get better link popularity.  However not all servers parse php so if you are not able to use these there is an easy work around (I could even do it so I know you can LOL) just follow the instructions in this tutorial and you will be set.  If you have any problems we can always use the java versions but please contact me to learn how.
